Six Inspection

Pool/Spa Inspection Services

Our Pool and Spa Inspection Service provides a thorough visual evaluation of the pool or spa and its accessible components to help identify visible safety concerns, functional issues, and potential maintenance needs.

During the inspection, we visually examine the pool or spa structure, liner or surface material, pumps, filters, heaters, valves, visible plumbing, and electrical supply components associated with the system. When conditions allow, we will operate and test accessible equipment to confirm basic functionality. Pool heaters will be tested only if the pilot light is already lit and the system is safe to operate at the time of inspection.

This inspection is non-invasive and does not include dismantling equipment, performing water quality testing, or evaluating underground plumbing lines. Any observed deficiencies, safety hazards, or recommended repairs will be clearly documented in your inspection report for your review.

An additional fee applies for this service and it may be added to a general home inspection or scheduled as a standalone inspection, depending on availability.

A pool or spa inspection is especially valuable for homebuyers, homeowners, and property investors who want peace of mind and a better understanding of the condition of these high-use amenities before purchase or continued use.
