Florida homeowners can receive credits for outfitting their homes with windstorm mitigation features that withstand or are more resistant to high winds such as hurricane force winds. We highly recommend anyone living in hurricane-prone regions (the entire pan handle area), consider investing in wind mitigation features.
During a wind mitigation inspection, Brett will look for key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm.

Brett was incredibly thorough with my first home inspection. He walked through all his observations with me including repair methods and what I should prioritize. He also sent me a detailed report with pictures, notes, and recommendations after the inspection was completed. I highly recommend Brett Six for any of your home inspection needs.

I’ve used Six Inspections three times now, and they continue to impress. They’ve previously helped me make informed decisions not to move forward on two other homes, and most recently completed a full home inspection, four-point, and wind mitigation for the home I’m under contract on. They were able to fit me in quickly, and the inspection was extremely thorough and detailed. The report included clear photos with well-explained findings. Their professionalism and honesty make them a company I fully trust. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about the quality of service I received from Six Inspection Services. Brett responded quickly to schedule the inspection and did an exceptionally thorough and professional job with the execution of the inspection. Within 24 hours I had the report.
